For those looking for more active involvement, the new Salford Watersports Centre offers a variety of activity programmes ranging from single taster sessions to weekend courses. Try your hand at rowing, canoeing, sailing or windsurfing, or for more land-based activity there's orienteering sessions and an indoor climbing wall, all with specialist instruction as required.
