If you're a sports enthusiast, an adrenaline junkie or you just like enjoying the outdoors without getting too far away from civilisation, The Quays has got the activity for you.

No trip to The Quays would be complete without a visit to the state of the art Watersports Centre. This facility was built largely with lottery funding and is managed by Salford Leisure Trust. Activities range from single taster sessions to six week sport specific training courses in canoeing, kayaking, climbing, orienteering, windsurfing and sailing.
